NDAA-compliant ExpressLRS firmware
Most ExpressLRS hardware runs on Espressif ESP32 and ESP8285 chips, and current ExpressLRS 4.x releases support only those. The Vult RX24 uses an STM32 microcontroller, and ExpressLRS 3.5 is the last release line that supports STM32.
Vult Dynamics maintains an open-source ExpressLRS 3.5 fork that adds the RX24 target. Releases are built from the vult/3.5 branch, signed, and published with SHA-256 hashes so you can verify what you flash. The complete source for shipped firmware is public under GPL-3.0.

Works with ExpressLRS 3.x transmitters. ExpressLRS 4.x transmitters will not link with 3.x receivers. An NDAA declaration is available on request.
